Elsie Appau is a Ghanaian lawyer with over 14 years of experience specialising in human resources, corporate governance, water governance, and project management.

She has advised and consulted for various projects related to WASH, good governance, and more, working with organisations such as the Netherlands Foreign Ministry, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the UN system, and several donors in Ghana and Africa.

Elsie holds a master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Ghana, a bachelor’s degree in law and a Professional Diploma in Law Practice from the Ghana School of Law.
